Majid Mehdizadeh-Valoujerdy
Majid is an actor, director, writer and teacher with extensive experience in TV, Film and Theatre.
Notable acting work includes Doctor Who (BBC/Disney +), War Horse (National Theatre), Testament (Angel), The Shape of Things (Park Theatre), series regular Jesse Donovan in Hollyoaks (C4), The Promise (Chichester Festival Theatre), Y'MAM (Writer/Actor - Soho Theatre), Chosen (Netflix) and The Girlfriend Experience (Amazon Prime/Starz).
He is a Senior Lecturer in Acting for Stage and Screen at the University of East London and has taught/directed at RADA, Rose Bruford, LIPA, Drama Studio London and Mountview.
He is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
George Bukhari
George is a professional actor with extensive experience in TV, Film and Theatre. He plays series regular DC Darren Laken in Ridley (ITV/PBS) and appears as a series regular in After the Flood (ITV/Britbox) and Black Cab (Sony Pictures).
Notable acting work includes Years and Years (BBC/HBO), Ordinary Lies (BBC/PBS), The A Word (BBC), My Jihad (BBC), National Treasure (C4), Banana (E4), Happy Valley (BBC) and Coronation Street (ITV).
George also teaches at LAMDA, Manchester School of Theatre, Rose Bruford and the Arden.

Jude Monk McGowan
As an actor, director and teacher Jude has enjoyed a long and successful career on the Stage and in TV/Film. He leads sessions at CMA on the Laban-Malmgren technique - creating character through movement.
His TV and Film work includes series regular Liam Donovan in Hollyoaks (C4), feature film Anna Karenina, Father Brown (BBC), Call the Midwife (BBC) and Silent Witness (BBC). His Theatre credits include three shows with world renowned Punchdrunk: The Drowned Man, The Burnt City and Sleep No More.
He has taught at Mountview, Identity, London Film School, University of East London and LMA. He trained at Drama Centre.

Isher Sahota
Isher is a filmmaker interested in genre, literary adaptation to screen, and bold portrayals of original characters. He directed the final two episodes of Missing You, the Harlan Coben adaptation produced by Quay Street Productions for Netflix.
Other broadcasters include BBC, ITV, Channel 4 and Vice World News.
Isher’s shorts have screened at festivals internationally and been supported by the BFI (Dinard, Galway, Flickers Rhode Island, Norwich, LFF For Free, New York Asian).
Isher has two feature films in active development. Supported by the BFI’s Early Development fund, Isher is set to write and direct.
Isher leads TV scene study workshops for CMA in Manchester and London.

Sheraz Ahmed CDG
Sheraz is a Casting Director and has been working alongside Beverley Keogh since 2014.
His credits include Time, Happy Valley (BBC), BAFTA and Emmy winning drama Help (C4) and All Creatures Great and Small (C5).
Sheraz has lead workshops for CMA in Manchester and London, guiding our actors through a TV scene study with detailed notes and feedback.

Lucy Phelps
Lucy trained at LAMDA. She has worked with the Royal Shakespeare Company, the Almeida Theatre, the National Theatre, Headlong, Shakespeare’s Globe, the Hampstead Theatre, in the West End, Chichester Festival Theatre and at the Liverpool Everyman and Playhouse. She has performed in over 21 UK theatre venues, and internationally at Carnegie Hall in New York, at the Sydney Theatre Company and the Temporada Alta festival in Girona. In 2023 she represented the Royal Shakespeare Company at Windsor Castle, performing for King Charles III and Queen Camila to celebrate the 400th Anniversary of Shakespeare’s First Folio. Lucy also works extensively in radio and television with the BBC, ITV, Channel 4 and Disney+. She has just completed filming her regular role on series 3 of The Chelsea Detective.
Lucy specialises in teaching how to tackle Shakespearean text.

Gurjeet Singh
Gurjeet is an actor who has worked extensively in Stage, TV, Film & Radio.
His screen work includes many series regular roles in Hotel Portofino (ITV/PBS), Mrs Sidhu Investigates (ITV/Acorn TV), Ackley Bridge series 1-3 (Channel 4). The Bay (ITV), Three Girls (BBC), Magid Zafar (BFI/Film4)
